Kelly Services is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative near Isabela, PR.

Kelly Outsourcing Consulting Group Kelly OCG, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a year-long engagement at one of our Global client in Isabela, PR. This role is a full-time, fully benefited position. As a Kelly OCG employee you will be eligible for Medical, Dental, 401K, and a variety of other benefits to choose from. We are actively seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as on-site Customer Service Representatives (Level I) for our esteemed client.

Contract position ( 6 months)
Shift:
 8 hour shift between the hours of 7am-7pm

What We Offer:

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize cutting-edge call center technology, including telephones, email, and web browsers.

  • Guide callers through online applications, ensuring a seamless experience.

  • Provide prompt and courteous responses to telephone inquiries within specified timeframes.

  • Report issues efficiently through our user-friendly online system.

  • Engage with claimants and third-party contacts via written and telephone communication.

  • Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and reviews to enhance performance.

  • Adhere to schedules and privacy regulations to maintain program integrity.

  • Stay informed about relevant regulations and policies to deliver accurate information.

  • Complete assigned training modules and administrative tasks diligently.

  • Support leadership by undertaking additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience.

  • Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute.

  • Proficiency in PC usage and the Windows operating system.

  • Ability to meet contractual turnaround times effectively.
