Job details

 Machine Experience- Proficient in setting up and operating multiple machines within the machining production process such as, but not limited to, CNC Routers, Panel Saw, Edgebander, ABD Dowel, Multi-head Sander, Double-sided Planer, Straight Line Rip Saw, and Sliding Table Saw. Production Paperwork- Fully understands and manages production paperwork such as cut lists, material, and hardware lists, etc. Documents production paperwork, unit counts, and timesheet start/end labor times as required to maintain accurate company production information.
Measurements Tolerances- Accurately uses measuring devices to maintain component quality and performs mathematical functions to manage counts and balances, and production flow. Understands how sub-components go together to form completed products. Quality Control- Can make Go/No-go decisions with little or no management input. Materials- Has basic knowledge of typically used materials in the production process such as plywoods, laminates, melamines, veneers, and hardwoods, as well basic hardware items such as screws, nails, hinges, drawer slides, pulls, trash pullouts, etc. Tooling- Has a basic understanding of machine tooling, bit speed and/or material feed rates, etc. Maintenance- Can perform basic machine check-ups and maintenance. Production Quotas- Is determined to meet or exceed prescribed daily production schedules.
