Kelly®  is seeking a Machine Operator to work at a premier manufacturing company in Franklin, MA

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking  Machine Operators . As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining coating, slitting, metalizing, or sheeting machines. This is a full-time position with both day and night shifts available. We offer competitive pay rates, including a differential for third shift, and opportunities for growth within the company. No prior experience is required as we provide on-the-job training. Job Specifications:
Weekly Pay
Temp To Hire
Pay rate $23/hour  with 1.25  sift  differential for night shifts
Shifts:
 7AM-7PM; Sunday-Tuesday + every other Wednesday (36h/48h alternating weeks)

 7AM-7PM; Thursday-Saturday + every other Wednesday (36h/48h alternating weeks)
 7PM-7AM; Sunday-Wednesday (48h per week)  pay differential of $1.25

– Language Skills: English proficiency required, Spanish and Creole speakers are also welcome
– Safety Equipment: Masks, goggles, and air plugs provided

Roles and Responsibilities:
– Set up and operate coating, slitting, metalizing, or sheeting machines
– Load rolls of paper onto the machines
– Set up machines within established tolerance levels
– Monitor and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper machine operation
– Use overhead hoists, trucks, and dollies to transport materials
– Follow production schedules, work orders, and specification sheets to meet production quantities and quality standards
– Monitor product quality throughout the process
– Inspect and maintain equipment and process control devices
– Conduct tests to ensure compliance with specifications
– Identify and report malfunctions, process problems, and unusual conditions to the Supervisor
– Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues
– Clean machines and work areas according to specifications

Qualifications & Skills:
– High School Diploma or GED
– Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
– Forklift operation experience preferred
– Proficient in reading and understanding English
– Basic math skills, including arithmetic and measurement conversions
– Good communication skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
– Experience with 5S is a plus
