Location: Addison, TX
Monday – Thursday 8:00 am – 4:45 pm and Friday 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
Payrate: $25hr
Service and repair of electrical and analytical equipment. Quality control of new electronic and analytical equipment. Customer support through email, phone, and in person.
Skills needed:
- Perform troubleshooting and repair of analytical equipment
- Travel to customer locations to perform maintenance and repairs (25% travel)
- Provide technical support for our customer base
- The ability to read and understand schematics, pinout instructions, engineering drawings
- Troubleshoot and repair circuit board assemblies to the component level
- Familiar with standard electronic assembly and testing equipment including, but not limited to soldering irons, multimeters, crimp tools, torque tools, etc
- Candidate that’s detail oriented, a self-starter and can work with minimal supervision
- Ensure safe work behaviors and compliance with all safety standards
Requirements:
- Associates degree in electronics or 1-2 years similar experience
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Experience in a production-oriented environment, especially following standard operating procedures and manufacturing schedules.
- Strong work ethic and social skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Fluently speak, read, and write English
- Able to work sitting or standing for extended periods of time
- On the job training
- Must able to use Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong email, phone, and Proven expertise in Industrial and Manufacturing, Administrative, Clerical, with 1-2 years minimum experience.
- Must have general dexterity and ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift 50 lbs – 75 lbs.
- Candidates must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to work independently and be a quality-oriented team player.
