‘At Kelly Services, we’re passionate about finding the right talent to join our team. How about this one? We’re seeking a Transportation Administrator to work at our premier facility in Worcester, MA. With us, it’s all about finding the job that’s just right.

Salary:  $21.44 / hour
Schedule:  Monday-Friday, 7AM-3:30PM
Duration:  Long term temporary role.

What’s a typical day as a Transportation Administrator? You’ll be:
• Drafting letters, memos, emails, and other correspondence using MS-Word or appropriate software program.
• Preparing simple to complex spreadsheets and graphs using MS-Excel.
• Creating presentations from rough outlines using MS-PowerPoint.
• Scheduling and maintaining calendar of appointments, meetings, and coordinating related business arrangements.
• Establishing and administering files, binders, and records.
• Contributing to maintaining the aesthetics of the office, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
• Providing general administrative support and back-up to other administrative assistants and the reception desk.
• Ordering supplies, arranging equipment maintenance, handling meeting and facility arrangements.
• Screening telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, resolving routine and complex inquiries.
• Processing expense reports and invoices.
• Providing support for business activities including candidate interview scheduling, training, meeting support, employee relations, and special events.
• Completing data entry tasks and projects with a longer-term focus while maintaining day-to-day tasks.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate.
• Have experience with warehouse inventory, dispatch, or transportation is a plus.
• Are able to work in a fast-paced environment and able to lift 50 lbs.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
