Compensation: $80K + quarterly bonus
Shift/hours: 2pm-11pm

What’s a typical day as an Operations Warehouse Supervisor? You’ll be:
• Directing Operations activities and teammates for one or more functions within a Distribution Center (DC)
• Managing teammate time, attendance, and schedules for assigned functional area(s)
• Providing proactive performance feedback and coaching to teammates
• Overseeing training for assigned functions and making succession planning recommendations
• Working with Operations leadership to improve DC metrics and drive financial performance
• Implementing customer service initiatives and resolving service quality issues
• Supporting the conversion of new customers at the DC
• Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and acting as the Designated Representative (DR) for the DC where required
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a Bachelor’s degree
• Have 3 or more years of professional supply chain or warehouse operations experience, preferably within the healthcare/medical/medical device industry
• Possess knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, distribution, and/or warehouse management best practices
• Have financial acumen and prior profit and loss responsibilities
• Demonstrate leadership potential and people management skills
• Have exceptional customer relationship skills
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Have excellent planning and organizational skills
• Can lead and drive change among peers and direct reports
