What’s a typical day as a Manufacturing Associate? You’ll be:

  • Setting up and operating manufacturing equipment

  • Following documentation and standard operating procedures

  • Reading and understanding reports and work instructions

  • Performing inspections and verifying product quality

  • Maintaining cleanroom standards and practices

  • Using tools such as microscopes, tweezers, and other hand-held tools

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand standard work to identify material requirements and movements to support manufacturing associates.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with the Supervisor to implement countermeasures.

  • Understand and follow all safety guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school degree (or equivalent experience) with 1-2 years of related work experience

  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with peers, supervisors, managers, and leads.

  • Able to understand instructions written and spoken in English.

  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs. and stand for the entire shift.

  • Work may involve repetitive arm/wrist motions.

  • Experience in clean room assembly or Manufacturing in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
