At Kelly® Professional & Industrial, we’re seeking Forklift Operators to work for a premier manufacturer, in Rochester, NY. With us, it’s all about finding the right opportunity for you!
Pay: $18-19/hr. Temp to Hire.
C Shift: 10pm to 6am, Sun-Thurs.
- Regular Overtime Available.
- Paid Lunch Breaks!
Summary: The Forklift Operator will be responsible for safely loading/unloading and organizing production materials. Performing cycle counts and utilizing a high degree of computer proficiency to document within ERP systems for inventory management.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Operate sit-down forklifts with a capacity of 3,500 lbs. or more to efficiently move materials and products.
- Utilize an ERP system to handle inventory, including scanning items in and out and managing data.
- Create delivery receipts (DR) as necessary.
- Conduct regular cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and address any discrepancies.
- Follow all safety procedures while operating forklifts and handling materials.

- 2-3 years of related experience
- Are comfortable working mandatory overtime on Saturdays as needed.
