Kelly Services is seeking entry level Circuit board Assemblers to work for a busy Electronic manufacturer located in W Melbourne, FL 32904.
Kelly Services is hiring entry-level Circuit Board Assemblers to work with a fast-paced electronic manufacturer. As an Assembler, you will assemble, test, program, and pack circuit boards using Pin Thru-Hole and Surface Mount Technologies (SMT). This role reports directly to the Production Supervisor.
Job Details:
– Job Type: Full-time | Temp-to-Hire
– Shifts and Pay:
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | $16.00/hour
2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM | $17.60/hour
3rd Shift: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM | $17.60/hour
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Follow assembly procedures and visual aids for accurate product assembly.
– Verify the integrity of materials according to the required instructions.
– Assemble resistors, capacitors, connectors, and sockets on printed circuit boards.
– Pre-form component leads in line with IPC standards.
– Wash, inspect, and verify circuit boards for accuracy and completeness.
– Identify and report any defective components.
– Maintain accuracy of work-in-process within the assigned work cell.
– Perform packing operations and ensure the cleanliness of the work area.
– Adhere to ISO and job-specific procedures.
– Participate in quality meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives.
– Perform additional tasks as needed to support business goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
– High School Diploma or equivalent education required.
– Experience with component identification and production assembly required.
– Familiarity with ISO9001, IPC Standards, and ESD protocols.
– Ability to use hand and pneumatic tools, such as pliers, torque drivers, and screwdrivers.
– Strong teamwork, organizational, and multitasking skills.
– Ability to read procedures, interpret visual aids, and follow technical drawings.
