Kelly is partnering with our client to hire a Sr. Electrical Engineer. If you’re passionate about advancing your career while contributing to others’ growth, we want you to join our team!

As a Sr. Electrical Engineer, you will apply your expertise to tackle complex electronic engineering challenges, improve products and services, and lead electrical design efforts. You will design systems, develop control applications, troubleshoot issues, and serve as a technical resource across departments. This role also includes managing project portfolios and ensuring that deliverables meet timelines and standards.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $90,000 – $99,000 annually (based on experience).

  • Bonus: Annual bonus eligibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve control system malfunctions using schematics and testing equipment.

  • Design new systems and components to meet project requirements.

  • Develop control system applications using PLCs, HMI, SCADA, CNC, and motion control technology.

  • Define and develop functional specifications for new products or system enhancements.

  • Provide technical direction and support to engineering staff and other departments.

  • Design and maintain electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

  • Evaluate design changes, project feasibility, and new technologies.

  • Lead concept and design reviews, collaborating with other engineering disciplines.

  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and to budget.

  • Research and recommend new technologies to improve quality and productivity.

  • Provide training and development to staff, including mentoring and coaching.

  • Oversee documentation for engineering projects and manage spare parts orders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimal: Post-secondary education in Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology with at least 5 years of related experience.

  • Optimal: Post-secondary education in Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology with 10 years of electrical experience.
