  • Pay Rate: $19 hr.

  • Work Schedule:  8am – 430 pm – Friday – Tuesday (Off Days are Wednesday and Thursday)

What’s a typical day as a Data Entry Time Keeping Clerk? You’ll be:
• Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
• Answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and supporting visitors.
• Carrying out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
• Maintaining accurate records of employee work hours, including regular hours, overtime, and time off.
• Processing timekeeping data using electronic systems or manual methods, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Monitoring and resolving discrepancies or issues related to timekeeping records.
• Generating reports on employee attendance, hours worked, and related metrics as needed by management.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of timekeeping policies and procedures.
• Providing training and support to employees on timekeeping systems and processes.
• Collaborating with HR and payroll departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of employee time data.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent education.
• Have previous experience in an office setting performing related duties.
• Have strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Have excellent computer skills in MS Word, Excel, data entry, etc.
• Have strong computer skills with proficiency in Windows XP or above, MS Office, and Outlook.
• Have data entry and spreadsheet development and maintenance skills.
• Have strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Have the ability to communicate effectively through verbal and written mediums.
• Have the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
• Have an understanding of relevant labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Can handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
