Job details

A prominent retail company located in Appleton, WI is seeking Customer Service/Contact Center Representatives! These positions are full-time and temporary until January 31st of 2025. It is possible for the roles to become temp-to-hire for the right candidates. These are hybrid positions.

Pay: $18/hr
*Paid weekly

Schedule: 1st shift, M-F 8:30am-5:00pm
*Black Friday and the next day (Saturday) are mandatory work days
*Restricted time off requests between Thanksgiving and New Years Day

Hybrid Schedule: 3 days working in the Appleton office location – likely Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
*Must have reliable wifi/internet access at home
 
Job Details:

  • Answering inbound customer phone calls

    • 1/3 of calls regarding order placement

    • 1/3 of calls regarding rewards program (maintenance)

    • 1/3 of calls regarding concerns/complaints

Detailed, scheduled paid training is provided.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service experience, can be call center or someone from the service industry

  • Confident in use of Microsoft Office Outlook, Teams and Excel

  •   Above-average written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Suite of products at intermediate level or above

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high volume call center                                       

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills

  • High level of emotional intelligence and ability to handle stressful, fast-paced incoming
