Are you dreading working in the upcoming heavy rain and snow?

We’re seeking Heavy Production Operators and Mixers to work at a premier client in Auburn, NY that is indoors!

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18/hr.

Schedule:
Hours are 3pm-1:30am M-Th and 1pm-9:30pm Friday
O/T is a MUST!

What’s a typical day as a Dry Blend Operator?
-Ability to perform heavy lifting while dumping 55 lb. bags into a dumping station.
-Complete bagging and stacking of powder into 50 lb. bags onto skids.
-Batch raw materials as per the formulation.
-Perform daily calibration verification using test weight on all production scales.
-Follow published SOP’s for equipment and processes, making corrections if required.
-Review inventory of raw material components and finished product in accordance with required SOP’s.
-Compile samples of raw materials and finished product in accordance with SOP’s.
-Accurately record ingredient measurements
-Record production log sheets and sanitary log sheets accurately and in a timely manner.
-Load/unload dump station using a forklift and complete pre-operational functions on all equipment before starting each process.
-Continuously monitor all aspects of the production process.
-Operate and clean process equipment according to production schedules.
-Comply with relevant safety legislation and plant published safety rules.
-Observe flow of materials and be attentive for machine malfunctions, such as jamming/blockage or spillage, and identify next steps for corrective action.
-Follow Good Manufacturing Process guidelines.
