What’s a typical day as a Shared Services Operations Specialist? You’ll be:
• Following standard procedural guidelines for performing tasks.
• Performing logging checks, processing checks, processing documents, working CLEAR queues, and placing outbound calls to insurance carriers as well as receiving inbound calls from insurance carriers.
• Providing assistance and backup as needed to meet client requirements and SLA’s.
• Handling other duties/projects based on business needs.
• Working under immediate supervision.
• Researching items received via faxes, reports, tasks, correspondence, and refund/return checks.
• Making appropriate telephone calls to resolve issues.
• Following client’s standard policies and procedures.
• Working efficiently in client and company proprietary applications.
• Demonstrating solid technical knowledge and quality performance.
• Meeting behavioral expectations: attendance, teamwork, and organizational contributions.
