Pay Range: $18-$20 per hour, depending upon experience.

What’s a typical day as a Call Center Representative? You’ll be:
- Making specific outbound calls from a provided list, using an approved script, with the goal of setting up in-person meetings with our client’s dedicated specialists.
- Handling inbound calls that may come in due to targeted mail campaigns
- Providing service information on behalf of the client and guiding prospects through the decision-making process
- Following communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent messaging
- Accurately recording details of client interactions and results in the call program
- Collaborating with others in the organization to stay up to date on any changes, script adjustments, and overall progress
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have strong Windows-based computer skills
- Are able to type 65 WPM
- Have previous experience in a customer support role (preferred but not required)
- Can assess in real time if the data and contact information is correct and navigate to the right person for the message
- Possess solid listening skills
- Are proficient with multitasking, priority setting, and time management
- Pay attention to detail for accurate data updates and call notes
