Kelly® is looking for a Forklift Operator to work at Corteva Agriscience in Woodhull, IN. Shift and Schedule details:
6am – 2:30pm and 2pm – 10:30pm (Must be able to rotate shifts)
Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
– Pay: $18 per hour
– Pay increase of $1 once certified

What’s a typical day as a Forklift Operator? You’ll be:
• Operating the forklift professionally and safely, ensuring accident-free operation and precise forklift inspections.
• Performing systematic maintenance and cleaning of the forklift.
• Tracking the location of goods during material handling using the WMS system and ensuring accurate data entry.
• Assisting with other manual tasks as directed by the warehouse supervisor or team lead, such as sampling, inventory, and cleaning.
• Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy.
• Ensuring proper loading and unloading of transport vehicles with quality packages during the seed delivery and return season.
• Maintaining safety standards and following emergency procedures when necessary.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have at least 1 year of forklift experience.
• Have at least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Preferably, have prior forklift certification.
• Have the ability to count accurately when moving inventory.
• Can read scales and are detail-oriented.
• Are alert and aware when driving the forklift in a safe manner.
• Have strong communication skills and can work independently or as part of a team.
• Can work in tighter, confined spaces with a forklift.
