Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: Up to $30/hour based on experience plus benefits

What’s a typical day as a Process Technician? You’ll be:

  • Setting up machines (perform mold changes, plug, cavity changes, cleaning, etc.) in   preparation for production.
    • Entering formulas into machines to run production
    • Troubleshooting and making manual adjustments to correct any output errors
    • Loading recipes into machines and ensuring proper machine setup
    • Testing output, making necessary tweaks, and repeating the process
    • Utilizing strong diagnostic skills to identify and resolve issues
    • Adapting to changes in machine temperature, humidity, and building temperature
    • Standing, walking, climbing, and maneuvering heavy machinery throughout a 12-hour shift

    This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
    • Have experience as a Manufacturing Technician III or similar role in the plastics industry
    • Possess strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
    • Are proficient in using computers and navigating different screens
    • Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
    • Are physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting heavy objects
    • Demonstrate patience, determination, and a knack for problem-solving
