Level 3 Validation and Debug Technician Lead
Folsom, California
Pay Rate: $25/hr

Job Overview and Qualifications:
- Experienced validation and testing experience on RVPs preferred
- Mastery of client required safety training
- Mastery of client required standard operating procedures (SOP) lab training
- Mastery of client required product knowledge and tech training
- Independently triage simple sightings and file them with all required information
- Independent triage of failures/drive issue to resolution
- Independent debug failure to circuit/lines of code (hardware and software issues)
- Technical proficiency to isolate issue to platform, FW, BIOS, OS, or application
- Perform ad hoc test requests as requested by engineer and fellow technicians
- Edit and maintain test documentation and suggest improvements
- Create new test content with guidance from engineers
- Be able to configure test tools and accurately document the test results
- Ability to solder fine pitch surface mount components for board rework
- Be able to use Dediprog tool for programing system FW and BIOS
- Know how to look up procedures and information in platform server libraries
- Customer BKC download and verification
- RVP Initial power-on and BKC installation completed before issuing to engineering teams
- Update sightings with proper details related to latest BKC releases
