Maintenance Technician III
Location: Lenexa, KS
Shift: Monday-Friday with occasional weekends
Summary:
Perform general building and mechanical maintenance (plumbing, electrical, mechanical), diagnose and repair complex production equipment, and conduct preventive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain production equipment, perform preventive maintenance
- Respond to emergency calls
- Install and maintain production machines and facility equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, mechanical systems
- Write reports, complete work orders
- Communicate with Maintenance Supervisor/Manager

Technical Competencies:
- Use Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of PLC systems
- Work with minimal supervision and on-call rotation
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Trade school certification in HVAC
- 5+ years in maintaining chillers, boilers, HVAC
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to read/write in English
- Visual inspection
Working Conditions:
- Clean room environment qualification
- Outdoor work in various weather conditions
