Maintenance Technician III

Location: Lenexa, KS
Shift: Monday-Friday with occasional weekends

Summary:
Perform general building and mechanical maintenance (plumbing, electrical, mechanical), diagnose and repair complex production equipment, and conduct preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain production equipment, perform preventive maintenance

  • Respond to emergency calls

  • Install and maintain production machines and facility equipment

  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, mechanical systems

  • Write reports, complete work orders

  • Communicate with Maintenance Supervisor/Manager

Technical Competencies:

  • Use Microsoft Office Suite

  • Basic computer skills

  • Knowledge of PLC systems

  • Work with minimal supervision and on-call rotation

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Trade school certification in HVAC

  • 5+ years in maintaining chillers, boilers, HVAC

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to read/write in English

  • Visual inspection

Working Conditions:

  • Clean room environment qualification

  • Outdoor work in various weather conditions

Compensation: Competitive pay rate
