Kelly® is looking for a Material Handler to work at the Food Pantry of Waukesha in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:  $17.00 – $19.00 p/hr BOE
Work Schedule: Monday from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM and Tuesday-Friday from 8:30 AM-4:30 PM , Once trained, you will get a day off during the week and will work Saturdays.

What’s a typical day as a Material Handler? You’ll be:
• Supervising Food Recovery efforts and assisting in inventory management
• Ensuring warehouses, sorting room, freezer, and coolers are clean and organized
• Operating forklift to load and unload vehicles and move pallets within the building
• Assisting in the coordination of donation, distribution, and disposal of food
• Setting up, stocking, and breaking down materials needed for Client Services Distribution
• Assisting during Client Services Distribution as needed
• Providing periodic oversight and interaction with volunteers
• Assisting with facilities maintenance responsibilities to maintain a clean and safe environment

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or GED
• Have previous work experience in shipping or warehouse work
• Are willing to learn how to drive a forklift and use other warehouse equipment
• Are able to perform physical labor involving maintenance and cleaning of buildings
• Have strong cultural competency and interpersonal relationship skills
• Have good critical thinking and organizational skills
• Are able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
