*Potential for 1-2 remote days per week once fully trained in

*Hours: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm
*Routine travel will be minimal, but intermittent periods of travel may be required including the potential for international travel

Kelly is seeking a Senior Financial Planning Analyst to work with our international manufacturing client on a direct hire basis at their production facility in Barnwell, SC. The Senior Financial Planning Analyst will:

  • Report directly to the CFO of the company

  • Develop tools for efficient and accurate presentation of financial results

  • Assist in defining relevant KPIs and update regular reporting of KPI results

  • Assist in the development of dashboards and other monthly or periodic financial reports

  • Prepare monthly financial forecasts based on sales and production forecasts received from other departments

  • Lead in the analysis of sales and production forecasts to communicate and/or adjust expectations

  • Assist in the annual budgeting process

  • Assist in the preparation of CERs, the analysis of expected impact, and the subsequent analysis of performance vs expectation

  • Become a local expert on data mining tools and lead in training of other local finance team members

  • Keep current on relevant market and customer data

  • Assist and collaborate on creation and maintenance of SOPs for the finance team

  • Support the finance organization through SAP S4 implementation

  • Work to shadow local controller and general accounting manager for long term development

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, or related discipline

  • 4+ years of relevant financial analysis experience including previous experience in the manufacturing industry

  • Proficient in the use of Office suite (in particular, Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Proficient in data analysis – collect, organize, report, and interpret data

  • Skilled ERP system user (SAP experience preferred)

  • Strong experience in utilizing various financial analysis tools (PowerBi, Business Warehouse, other SAP bolt-on tools, Excel, Microsoft Analyzer)

  • Good understanding of database maintenance and design

  • Organization and time management skills

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret financial data

  • Strong attention to detail and strong sense of integrity and ethical values

  • Must be able to interface with others at all levels
