Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Bilingual (English/Spanish) Shipping & Receiving Clerk in Chicago, IL 60632.  

This is a contract to hire opportunity, meaning you will get hired directly after 3-4 months, depending on your performance and attendance.

Shifts and pay:
1st Shift: 8:15am-5pm Monday – Friday, overtime will be offered
$19.00/hr.

Job Summary:

  • Inspect the material of each pallet and enter the information into the ERP system. Put the corresponding label into each Gaylord box.

  • Inspect the trailer/containers conditions and photo records.

  • Have no issues communicating with the drivers in a professional manner.

  • Verify and keep records on outgoing shipment and prepare items for shipments.

  • Maintains the inventory of shipping materials and supplies.

  • Duties as assigned.

Experience/Education needed:

  • MUST BE ABLE SPEAK SPANISH AND ENGLISH

  • Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs

  • Physical labor daily

  • This is the stand up 8 hours position.

  • Able to perform general math

  • Able to work in a team environment

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to work independently

  • Ability to work on weekends and/or overtime
