Company: Bausch + Lomb (Contracted through Kelly Services)
Employment Type: Temp – Possible perm.
Pay: $18/hr
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-4:30pm

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to manage the flow of products in and out of our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring that all materials are handled with care and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Prepare outgoing shipments by packaging and labeling products correctly.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipping and receiving activities.
- Operate forklifts and other equipment to move products safely within the warehouse.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all shipping and receiving operations.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse operations preferred.
- Familiarity with shipping software and inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus, but not required.
