Plaster Molder (1st Shift) Needed!
Location: East Syracuse, NY
Pay Range: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour DOE
Shift: Monday-Friday, 6 AM – 2:30 PM
Position Summary:
An established manufacturing company is seeking a Plaster Molder to join its team. This role involves mixing plaster and pouring it into molds, ensuring high-quality standards, and adhering to safety policies.
Responsibilities:
- Weigh and mix plaster and water for mold casting.
- Pour plaster into molds, level using a strike-off bar.
- Strip molds, remove flash, inspect for defects, and make minor repairs.
- Load molds into ovens and clean molds and flasks.
- Maintain required reports and records, meet quality standards.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
