Looking for a new job?  Kelly Services has partnered with a great company that is located in Canton, MA. 

Welder – Direct Hire – Permanent position 
Hours for this Welder position are on the 1st shift 
Pay range for this Welder position : $20 – $30 per hour
 

Duties:

  • Interpret blueprints and follow plans to produce custom products within specifications.

  • Safely operate power tools and hand tools to customize materials and products.

  • Measure and mark equipment, objects, or parts to ensure accuracy.

  • Prepare and finish surfaces using grinding, sanding, and polishing techniques.

  • Verify the quality of finished workpieces through inspection and measurement.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in blueprint reading and fabrication techniques.

  • Experience with MIG and TIG welding.

  • Ability to operate power tools and hand tools effectively.

  • Familiarity with construction sites and working with sheet metal.

  • 2 years of experience 

  • Strong mathematical skills for accurate measurements.
