Job Responsibilities:
- Provide Technical Support to both English & Spanish speaking customers
- Assist customers via phone or email, troubleshooting & resolving technical issues
- Log results in ticketing system, escalate when needed
- Work with team members to deliver exceptional customer service
Qualifications:
- Must possess a High School Diploma, GED or greater
- 6+ months experience with technical support, call center or help desk
- Be flexible and a good communicator
- Computer literate
- Must be completely fluent in both English & Spanish
- Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner as necessary
- Familiar with CCH Pro Systems fx, CCH Access Tax is a plus
- Background checks required
Equipment:
- Windows 10 PC (version 1809 or newer)
- High Speed Internet (50-100 Mbps download, 10-20 Mbps upload)
- Cell phone
- Must be wired connection via Ethernet Cable
- Processor – Intel Core i3 or better
- Compatibility – Chromebooks or MacBook’s are not compatible with required software.
