Spring, TX, USA
Full-Time
Hybrid work schedule, work from home and in office weekly along with travel to clients’ sites
Compensation: $55,000 to $75,000 Base plus commission (First year projected $100K)

About the Role:
Are you a go-getter with a passion for building relationships and driving results? Seeking a dynamic and driven Outside Sales Representative to join team Houston, TX team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our business, identifying and securing new customers, while managing and growing existing accounts.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Prospecting new business in the vibrant Houston market
- Building strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients
- Closing sales and driving revenue with uncapped commission opportunities
- Managing leads from inbound calls and warm leads to generate new opportunities
- Presenting and upselling additional services to current accounts

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in outside B2B sales
- Excellent communication skills to negotiate and close deals
- Strong interpersonal skills for building client relationships
- Self-motivated with the drive to meet and exceed sales targets
- Time management skills to juggle multiple clients and responsibilities
- Problem-solving mindset to resolve customer issues and identify new opportunities
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required
- Physical stamina for regular travel and client meetings
