Now Hiring: Refrigeration Assembler
SCHEDULE:
Monday – Friday, 6:30am – 3:00pm
Pay: $18-$20/hr
Position Summary
The Refrigeration Assembler position is responsible for assembling refrigeration systems on air conditioning units using equipment such as pipe cutters, pipe benders, oxy-propane welding sets, flaring tools, taps, drills, and any other necessary tools.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform pressure and leak testing on own work.
- Accurately and efficiently interpret drawings and sketches.
- Ensure good housekeeping of individual work area.
- Maintain a daily time log of work done on manufacturing and/or production travelers.
- Other assignments as designated by supervisor.
Qualifications and Experience
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:
- Experienced in the assembly of industrial air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, and the assembly of copper fittings by soldering.
- Proficient in using, reading, and interpreting drawings and measuring scale or tape.
Other Skills and Abilities
- Basic computer skills are a plus.

- High School diploma or equivalent.
