Kelly Now Hiring -Administrative Assistant
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Complete and manage product reviews, ensuring accuracy, up-to-date information, and prompt response to queries.
– Check and process incoming and outgoing mail, efficiently handling shipping samples for the team.
– Take detailed notes on various cases, maintaining accurate record-keeping and organizing case files for easy access.
– Monitor and clear unwanted spam from email and other communication channels, prioritizing important messages.
– Complete return authorizations for retail, managing the return process, and maintaining proper documentation.
– Maintain and organize the literature center, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and well-stocked.
– Reply to inquiries and comments on social media platforms, engaging with the online community to maintain a positive brand image.
Qualifications & Skills:
– High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Proficient in using email, social media platforms, and other communication tools.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
– Previous experience in administrative or customer service roles is preferred.
