We are hiring two Event Coordinators to support a legal conference located in downtown Seattle. This is an excellent short-term opportunity for individuals with strong customer service skills comfortable operating in a professional environment.
Pay Rate: $25 per hour
Location: Downtown Seattle
Dates: Wednesday 10/16- Friday 10/18
Hours: Approximately 8am- 2pm daily
What you’ll be doing:
- Run registration desk for annual law firm meeting. This event has 500-600 registrants.
- Assist attendees with general questions/directions.
- Greet attendees with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude when assisting attendees.
- Retrieve badge for attendee.
- Coordinate with staff to ensure a smooth flow of registration process.
- Collaborate with staff for any questions that may arise from attendees.
