Join Our Team as an R&D Manufacturing Technician!
Are you a meticulous assembler with experience in medical devices? Do you have the precision to work under a microscope and want to contribute to innovative R&D projects? If so, we’d love to have you on our team!

R&D Manufacturing Technician
1st Shift:
6AM-2:30PM
Pay Rate: $35 Hourly
Comprehensive Benefit Package

Irvine. CA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform intricate assembly of medical devices with high accuracy and attention to detail

  • Soldering and assembling components under a microscope throughout the duration of your shift

  • Microscope magnifications will range from 4x to 50x, with typical wire gauges for soldering ranging from 28 to 42

  • Assist in process development by providing valuable feedback and suggestions for improvements

  • Take clear, organized notes to document procedures, findings, and any process adjustments

  • Collaborate effectively with engineers, technicians, and fellow team members to achieve project goals

  • Maintain compliance with all safety and quality standards (non-clean room environment)

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to assemble and solder components under a microscope for extended periods

  • Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail

  • Excellent notetaking and documentation skills

  • Experience working in a regulated environment, preferably in medical devices

  • Ability to follow precise instructions and procedures (SOPs)

  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate across departments
