Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
• Starting Pay – $34.65 – $39.60/hr +$1.10/hr shift differential

• $5,000 Sign-on Bonus

What’s a typical day as a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician? You’ll be:
• Repairing and maintaining equipment to support daily production
• Responding to breakdowns and calls to keep production running smoothly
• Supporting weekend maintenance repair and PM activities when necessary
• Supporting a reliability-centered maintenance program
• Supporting team activities and contributing your own ideas
• Conducting equipment inspections
• Performing preventative maintenance tasks

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a minimum of three months of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment with a 2-year technical degree
• Have a minimum of two years of relevant experience, if no degree
• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Have flexibility to work 2nd or 3rd shift long term
• Have flexibility to work weekends, holidays, daily overtime, and off shifts as needed
• Are willing to travel (percentage of travel varies between roles)
