• Pay rate: $12.76/hr – $23.40/hr

What’s a typical day as a Manufacturing Operator I? You’ll be:
• Reading and complying with the Company’s Environmental and Quality Policies
• Maintaining acceptable housekeeping standards
• Setting up extruders and running products according to standard operating conditions
• Maintaining proper records and keeping the on-coming operator informed
• Troubleshooting processing problems and equipment failures
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma, GED, or 5 years of manufacturing experience
• Have 2 or more years of work experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Are able to meet the quality expectations for manufacturing
• Are comfortable working night shifts, 12-hour shifts, and overtime
• Are able to work around 300-700 degree Fahrenheit extrusion equipment
• Are comfortable working at elevated heights and regularly climbing stairs and ladders
• Have the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
