At Kelly®, we’re seeking an Associate Technician to work in Winona, MN.
Pay Rate: $23.25/HR

Schedule: 5:30pm-6am
1 week Monday, Tuesday, Friday, AND Saturday night
2 week Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday night.

Associate Technician:
• Reading and complying with the Company’s Environmental and Quality Policies, reporting deviations when necessary
• Taking personal responsibility for safety performance and maintaining acceptable housekeeping standards
• Setting up extruders and running products according to standard operating conditions
• Maintaining proper records and completing product turn-arounds to prevent contamination
• Troubleshooting processing problems and equipment failures

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma, GED, or 5 years of manufacturing experience
• Have 2 or more years of work experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Are able to meet the physical requirements of the position, including working around high-temperature equipment, working at elevated heights, and regular climbing, crouching, and lifting
