Payrate: $27.00 – $32.00 with $1.50 shift differential
Location: Mineral Point, WI
Schedule: 2nd shift Monday – Friday 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm
** If OT is scheduled you’ll end at 1:00 am **
What’s a typical day as a CNC Machinist? You’ll be:
- Analyzing and manufacturing complex components using machine tool equipment
- Working safely with electricity and other energy sources with industrial equipment
- Promoting health, safety, and environmental standards
- Program, troubleshoot, and operate CNC equipment
- Diagnose and remedy operating troubles
- Work from drawings and specifications
- Use precision measuring instruments
- Perform quality inspections
- Perform preventive, emergency, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities
- Identify and reduce manufacturing constraints
- Solve problems and improve processes
- Communicate effectively with the team and support teams
- Participate actively in local Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) teams

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience
