Kelly Services is partnering with a prestigious University in Cleveland, Ohio and we have an immediate part-time opening Supplier Management Data Entry Specialist

Hours: 20-30 hours per week
Pay: $23.68

This role involves accurately inputting new suppliers into our PeopleSoft Financials system and providing support through necessary phone communications.

Essential Functions:
– Accurately enter and update supplier information in the PeopleSoft Financials system to ensure data integrity.
– Review and verify documentation submitted by new suppliers to confirm compliance with university policies.
– Collaborate with relevant departments to gather necessary information and resolve any discrepancies.
– Conduct follow-up phone calls to suppliers as needed to clarify details or obtain additional information.
– Maintain organized records of supplier data and communications for future reference.

Qualifications
– Experience: 3 to 5 years of related experience.
– Education/Licensing: An associate’s degree is required, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Required Skills:
1. Problem-solving and logical thinking.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, necessary for a fast-paced, service-oriented, professional environment.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize.
5. Detail-oriented.
6. Must work effectively individually and in a team environment.
7. Adherence to professional ethics in compliance with federal and state laws governing professional activities.
8. Technical skills should include working in Excel and using a document management system.
9. Proficiency in PeopleSoft Financials is helpful.
