Kelly’s customer, has a permanent opportunity for a Bilingual (French/English) Documentation Sales Coordinator who will report to the AVP Sales and National Accounts, supporting their equipment leasing and financial obligations in the province of Ontario and throughout Canada.

 

RESPONSIBILITES:

Your main responsibilities include the ability to perform the following role requirements in both French and English:

  • Quickly and accurately generate lease and loan documents using their internal leasing system, Aspire, based on credit approvals issued by the credit team.

  • Communicating documents, execution instructions and requirements to dealers and customers and assisting them with the execution process.

  • Follow up with dealer representatives and customers to ensure that the documentation process flows in a timely manner.

  • Generate and distill internal reports allowing for continued, constant business flow.

  • Receiving and verifying document packages for accuracy and completeness, addressing deficiencies quickly with the sales team, credit team, dealers, customers, funding team, and 3rd party stakeholders.

  • Pre-vetting and preparing document packages for funding.

  • Register PPSA and RDPRM liens, conduct lien searches, obtain waivers where necessary, and other functions related to registered security on assets.

  • Advising the credit and sales teams and external partners on matters of documentation structure.

  • Following up with the sales teams and dealer personnel to ensure post-funding items are received.

  • Participating in projects to improve the systems and workflows of the documentation team.

  • Advocating for customer and dealer satisfaction in all processes and workflows.

  • Safeguarding information, trade secrets, customer data and other assets from unauthorized access.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance/Business or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience (2 years is preferred) generating and working with commercial lease and loan documentation.

  • Experience in sales support and customer service an asset.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.

  • Possess strong organizational skills that enable you to be an efficient team player who can perform well under time-sensitive demands.

  • Detail-oriented, focused, and able to follow through and follow up on tasks while working with accuracy.

  • Fully fluent both written and verbal in French and English languages, and able e to articulate yourself in business communications.

  • Familiarity with the vocabulary of finance is essential, and vocabulary and familiarity with heavy equipment and commercial vehicles an asset.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, the use of windows, using a laptop, using a VPN, and other basic office technology.

  • Familiar with financial calculations including the time value of money, calculating payments, rates, discounting and compounding, etc. using a financial calculator like the HP19 or BA-II Plus, T-Value Software, and Excel.
