Pay Rate: $18 – $18.50 per hour

What’s a typical day as a Reimbursement Processor II? You’ll be:
• Processing daily reimbursement transactions received from channel partners
• Handling product tracking records, warranty, and Product Improvement Program (PIP) claims
• Providing timely and equitable reimbursement to channel partners while safeguarding company assets
• Demonstrating knowledge and making higher-level decisions on complex machines and issues
• Processing financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner
• Assisting company personnel and channel partners with warranty systems and inquiries
• Processing reimbursement administration requests from various stakeholders

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have at least a 2-year Associates Degree (preferred, but not required)
• Have experience in claims processing or call center roles
• Are self-motivated and able to work independently
• Possess strong decision-making skills and attention to detail
• Can collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Have excellent communication skills
