Position: Pick and Pack Worker
Pay Rate: $18/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 3:30 pm / 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Responsibilities:

  • Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack products according to customer orders, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.

  • Inventory Management: Maintain organized records of products picked and packed, updating inventory as necessary.

  • Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure accuracy in packing items for shipment.

  • Shipping Preparation: Prepare orders for shipping by labeling and packaging items securely to prevent damage during transit.

  • Warehouse Maintenance: Keep a clean and organized workspace, performing routine housekeeping tasks as required.

  • Team Collaboration: Work as part of a team to meet daily operational goals, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.

Requirements:

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately pick and pack customer orders, maintaining high standards for quality and precision.

  • Physical Stamina: Capability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.

  • Dependability: Reliable and punctual, with a strong commitment to meeting work schedules and deadlines.

  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, fostering a cooperative and productive work environment.

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Dress Code: Casual dress is acceptable.

  • Education: High School/Diploma required
