For those who want to keep growing, learning, and evolving. We at Kelly® Professional & Industrial hear you, and we’re here for you! We’re seeking an Administrative Assistant to work at a Distribution Center in Raleigh NC. You owe it to yourself to consider this great new opportunity.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:15am-4:00pm
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative functions of the office
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents
- Manage the phone system and handle incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Ensure the smooth operation of office equipment and supplies
- Provide general office support as needed
- Utilize QuickBooks for estimates and sales orders (training provided)
A typical day as an Office Administrator includes reviewing and processing orders, assisting customers with order pick-ups, and performing various administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in office equipment and software
- Professional phone etiquette
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus, but not required
