This is a full-time, direct hire position where you will be eligible for Career Progression, Medical and Dental Benefits, 401K, and paid time off– including holiday, vacation, and sick/personal time. 

Vaccine Production Technicians assist in tissue/viral cell culturing for vaccines in a clean room cGMP environment.
 
Details:
 

  • Direct Hire with Benefits

  • $21/hr to start, additional $2/hr shift differential for weekend hours ($23/hr).

  • Morning shift roles – weekend work required.

  • Career Progression at 6, 12, 18 months with pay increases and title changes

Responsibilities:

  • All laboratory processes must be performed aseptically.

  • Requires daily gowning with sterile hooded coveralls, goggles, face masks, two pairs of gloves, and clean room boot coverings.

  • The ability to understand and follow Production and Lab SOPs/Work Instructions.

  • All procedures must be thoroughly documented.

  • Prepare growth medium to be used during vaccine production.

  • Cell and viral culturing, which is harvested, batched, filled into ampoules.

  • Procedures take place under a Grade A Laminar Air Flow hood in a clean room environment.

  • Work closely with other technicians.

 
Qualifications:  

  • Education in a related field, preferred but not required.

  • Manufacturing, lab, or clean room experience preferred.

  • Able to read, write legibly, and communicate in English.

  • Squatting, bending, twisting, and fine motor skills all required.
