What’s a typical day as a Transaction Specialist? You’ll be:
- Handling unique or complex transactions outside of the platform as needed
- Providing data entry and transactional support to process non-automated business actions
- Addressing platform inquiries with speed and accuracy, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
- Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of requests and transactions, completing them accordingly
- Maintaining data integrity and optimizing business processes
- Identifying opportunities to increase automation
- Generating data quality reports and metrics and providing insights
- Offering general support for the team
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have knowledge of professional, effective communication techniques
- Are skilled in personal computing, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel, with strong organizational skills
- Can work effectively as a team member and analyze data to provide meaningful insights and trends
- Are able to prioritize tasks, operate with urgency, and are results-oriented
- Have a two-year college degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years in a functional area, or a high school diploma/equivalent with 5 years functional experience, preferably at a senior level
- Have a substantial understanding of the job and can apply knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks
