What’s a typical day as a Transaction Specialist? You’ll be:

  • Handling unique or complex transactions outside of the platform as needed

  • Providing data entry and transactional support to process non-automated business actions

  • Addressing platform inquiries with speed and accuracy, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)

  • Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of requests and transactions, completing them accordingly

  • Maintaining data integrity and optimizing business processes

  • Identifying opportunities to increase automation

  • Generating data quality reports and metrics and providing insights

  • Offering general support for the team

 
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have knowledge of professional, effective communication techniques

  • Are skilled in personal computing, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel, with strong organizational skills

  • Can work effectively as a team member and analyze data to provide meaningful insights and trends

  • Are able to prioritize tasks, operate with urgency, and are results-oriented

  • Have a two-year college degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years in a functional area, or a high school diploma/equivalent with 5 years functional experience, preferably at a senior level

  • Have a substantial understanding of the job and can apply knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks
