What’s a typical day as an Order Processing Rep II? You’ll be:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers, vendors, and jurisdictional agencies to ensure effective collaboration and communication. 

  • Conducting searches, preparing documents, and managing filings across various jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with local requirements. 

  • Assisting clients and vendors with order fulfillment, problem resolution, and providing training on products and jurisdictional requirements. 

  • Making informed, timely decisions to meet client expectations and recommending improvements for customer satisfaction, efficiency, and revenue growth. 

  • Analyzing and challenging existing procedures to enhance service delivery, increase team efficiency, and improve overall satisfaction for customers and employees.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have an Associate’s degree or equivalent experience. 

  • Possess a minimum of one year in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. 

  • Are familiar with UCC, mortgage, secured transactions, and commercial banking (preferred). 

  • Are proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and have strong data entry skills. 

  • Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. 

  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
