Job Summary:
We are looking for Manufacturing Technicians to join our team. You will be trained to produce composite “fiberglass” parts and other accompanying parts. Our comprehensive training program will provide you with the hands-on training and mentoring required to be successful in our manufacturing environment.

Pay Rate and benefits:

  • $17.50 – $24.50 Per hour DOE (Depending on Experience)

  • Progression plan with pay increases:

    • Technician Level I (6 months)

    • Technician Level II-III (1-2 years)

    • Technician Level IV (3-5 years)

Shifts Available: Some training will be on day shift.

  • 1st Shift: Mon – Thurs, 5am – 3:30pm

  • 2nd Shift: Sun – Wed, 3:30pm – 2am + 10% differential

  • Weekend: Fri – Sun, 5am – 5:30pm + 12% differential

Job Duties:

  • Hand fabrication of composite parts

  • Tooling preparation and maintenance

  • Cutting and trimming various manufacturing materials

  • Oven operation

  • Other manufacturing processes as needed

Competency/Position Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Work in a fast-paced team environment

  • Dependable with a passion for learning

  • Possess attention to detail

  • Basic ability to use, or learn to use, a computer to access electronic data and software

  • Manual Dexterity: You will need to use your hands with precision on small items and in small spaces. You must be quick and confident with your hands.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
