Kelly Science and Clinical is seeking a Tissue Processing Trainer to join our team! The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, quality, and efficiency of tissue processing operations by developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for our Tissue Processing Technicians.
Location: Nashville, TN
Direct Hire
Shift: Monday – Thursday 3pm-1:30am
Pay: $50K-73K/year DOE
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain training programs for Tissue Processing Technicians.
- Provide hands-on training to ensure technical competency and adherence to safety protocols.
- Coordinate the implementation of new and revised Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across multiple shifts.
- Evaluate the safety and efficiency of common best practices within the tissue processing environment.
- Present training in both classroom and on-the-job settings, adapting to the needs of diverse learning styles.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support tissue processing operations and training initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of tissue processing experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field preferred.
- Certified Tissue Bank Specialist (CTBS) certification preferred.
