1st Shift: Monday-Friday/8:00am-5:00pm
Pay Rate: $19.00 Hourly

Job Duties:
- Clean and maintain various parts of the building, including restrooms, break rooms, floors, and carpets.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as fixing leaky faucets, changing light bulbs, repairing broken doors, and fixing clogged drains.
- Conduct regular inspections of the building, facilities, and equipment to ensure everything is in proper working order and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Ensure that supplies, such as cleaning materials, toiletries, and paper products, are always stocked and readily available.
- Ensure that the building is safe and free from hazards, including trip hazards, fire hazards, and other safety concerns.
- Interact with customers, visitors, and tenants in a polite and professional manner.
- Keep accurate records of all work performed, including repairs, cleaning tasks, and inventory.
- Comply with all relevant safety regulations, policies, and procedures
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in janitorial or maintenance work.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, if needed.
