Kelly® Science & Clinical is currently recruiting a qualified, permanent, Clinical Research Site Manager, in Marlboro, NJ area. The need to fill this position is immediate!

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: Based on experience but between $100-140K/yr

Schedule: This is an onsite position, full time, with 15-20% travel – open to relocating candidates as well as local – possible compensation towards relocation.

Summary/Responsibilities:
The Site Manager is responsible for effectively managing day-to-day site activities for optimization of site performance. This person will lead a small team of clinical members and responsible for driving the site to achieve company goals. The company’s clients are two-fold, the sponsor and the participant. The Site Manager is also responsible for ensuring contractual obligations are met and work is completed in a manner that leads to client satisfaction. In addition, the Site Manager will work with the company leaders to problem solve issues that may arise that interfere with achieving company goals. It is imperative to represent himself/herself and the site in the most professional, ethical, and positive manner.

Essential Qualifications:

  • College or Specialized Degree preferred but not required

  • 5+ years’ experience in the Clinical Research Industry

  • 3+ years Clinical Research Site Network Management experience

  • Experience starting up a new research site

  • Excellent Leadership skills with proven management/supervisor experience

  • Knowledge and experience in CNS therapeutic areas, such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Epilepsy

  • Experience with regulatory processes, clinical procedures, sponsor interaction, and human resources preferred
