What’s a typical day as an Order Management Coordinator? You’ll be:
• Serving as the point of contact for all product related communications to and from the countries.
• Managing customer orders from entry to receipt of product.
• Obtaining relevant information from Home Office, Supply Chain, and Quality to maintain on-time order status.
• Providing critical communications to the countries.
• Employing basic order management principles such as order entry and review, inventory management, and import/export.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
• Allocating product for shipment and generating shipping instructions.
• Tracking shipments from origin to destination.
• Communicating regularly with markets and countries to develop projections and advise new product availability.
• Serving as a liaison for regulatory communications as needed.
• Complying with departmental SOPs and company policies and procedures.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Preferably have a Bachelor’s degree.
• Have at least 3 years of experience in Order Management, Order fulfillment, Customer Service, International Shipping, Exports, or Documentation.
• Have knowledge of basic office procedures and ability to operate office equipment.
• Have a working knowledge of national and international import/export procedures.
• Possess excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
• Are proficient in MS Office programs including Word, Excel, and IBM Notes.
• Are able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Ability to speak a foreign language is a plus.
