Current Opportunity Details:
- 1st shift 7am-3pm $15.50/hr
- 2nd shift 3pm-11pm $16.00/hr
- 3rd shift 11pm-7am $17.00/hr
- Mandatory overtime when needed
Job Responsibilities:
- Start and operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Train new team members as to the safety rules.
- Conduct in process quality checks.
- Perform all basic operations needed with equipment and manual processes to have line properly running according to standards.
- Perform regular data reporting.
- Participate in the changeover of the line.
- Perform basic troubleshooting on the line during production.
Candidate Qualification:
- High School diploma and 2 years related experience or training in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Basic mathematical skills (multiplication, division, subtraction, addition).
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as formulas, specifications, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Bilingual Spanish (Preferred)
