Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$25-30/hour (competitive pay)

What’s a typical day as an HR Generalist? You’ll be:
• Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives
• Addressing employee concerns and resolving workplace issues to ensure a positive work environment
• Overseeing the performance appraisal process and coaching managers on giving feedback
• Supporting recruitment efforts and facilitating smooth onboarding for new hires
• Ensuring HR policies are compliant and educating employees and managers on HR procedures
• Identifying skill gaps and recommending training programs for employee development
• Supporting compensation strategy and effectively communicating benefits programs
• Collecting and analyzing HR data to provide insights on workforce trends

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Have 3 years of experience in HR, with a blend of HR Business Partnering and Generalist roles
• Have strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and best practices
• Possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Are proficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
• Have HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) (preferred)
